1. General Overview

XSpac.com strives to provide high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our 18-brand ecosystem and the custom labor involved in web design and infrastructure management, refunds are handled according to the specific service category below.

2. Custom Web Design Services

Projects for custom web design are typically billed in milestones. Once a milestone is completed and approved by the client, the corresponding payment is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before the first milestone is reached, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative and research fees.

3. Digital Connectivity & eSIM Data

Due to the instant provision of digital assets like eSIM plans and data bundles, these services are non-refundable once the activation code or QR code has been delivered. If there is a technical failure preventing service usage, our support team will troubleshoot or offer a credit.

4. Infrastructure & Subscription Services

Monthly server management or infrastructure fees are billed in advance. Cancellation requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Refund requests for partial months are generally not granted.
